Terms of service

Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed on pietrothreads.shop, operated by PIETRO NICCOLO' ROMANELLI, Via Giuseppe Verdi 12, 20090 Cesano Boscone Milan, Italy, Italy. By placing an order you accept them.

Products and descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative; slight differences in colour, packaging or accessories can occur between production runs. Measurements and specifications are those supplied by the manufacturer.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties payable outside the European Union. Prices can change without notice, but the price on your order confirmation is the price you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email and process it within 1–3 business days. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if the price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud; in that case you are refunded in full.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery is estimated at 15 business days from dispatch. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, and EU consumers keep the 14-day right of withdrawal. The full rules are in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

Text, photographs and layout on this store belong to PIETRO NICCOLO' ROMANELLI or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for the statutory rights you have as a consumer. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under Italian or EU consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for cross-border consumer disputes.
